I have owned Chevrolets my entire life and have used several different dealerships in two states. No service department has ever been so slow and difficult to deal with. I have an extended warranty that includes a loaner vehicle, but I have had to wait 3-4 weeks for a loaner to be available on numerous occasions. The turn over of service writers makes it very difficult to get work set up. The service writer we currently were using did not return calls and tried on more than one occasion to charge us for something we did not approve or were not aware of. Overall my vehicle has been in for the same issue 5-7 times and now that my warranty will be up in 5 days they no longer can find anything wrong, and I was told it was due the age of the vehicle. This is unfortunately the only Chevrolet dealership in the area I live in, so for the first time in 20 years I will not own a Chevrolet.

Satisfied with service on vehicle, but service towards me the customer was horrible, first walk in associates walk by without acknowleding me, or to ask if I needed anything. As a loyal and repeat customer of Leson Im extremely dissappointed.

I had an appointment for 8am on Thursday May 3rd I sat for a whole hour my car was still sitting outside at about 9:03 I asked for a manager and I wanted to know what’s the sense to have an appointment when I’m still being serviced as a walk in... about 5mins later my car was pulled to the back then the guy who checked me in came and said they have the car back there... When I first sat down he told me I can get 3 free months of either onstar or Sirius XM radio I agreed because it would automatically shut off I didn’t get that either when I left and he had the nerve to apologize and say that they were behind and offered me a complimentary car wash are u serious and I’ve been here for two hours Leson service used to be good I don’t know what’s going on the insult wasn’t the fake apology it was the car wash I left it right on the counter after I paid for my service which should have been free because if I had an appointment I should have been taken at my appointment time not after the walkins that came before me with major work I’m guessing ... but oil changes don’t take that long I guess money is more important to Leson than giving great customer service.

My wife brought our 2011 Chevy Silverado in to get oil changed. The truck only had 48,000 miles on it. The mechanic talked her into changing out the belts, her front and rear brakes, radiator flush, and transmission flush. This set me back at $1,100 and still has to go in to get the rear brakes serviced at another $ 200. I think she was taken advantage of. I asked to see the wore parts and was told that they do not save them unless the customer requests. I have not posted this grievance on social media hoping to get some answers when I bring the truck back in for the rear brakes serviced.
